At Casa Margareta we have tried to make you feel as comfortable as you would in your own home.

The recently built Villa is a stylish, detached property based on traditional canarian designs. The 250 sq metre plot is complemented by the off-road parking, front garden and large rear garden where you will find the private, heated swimming pool. It is located in La Capellania just 3Km from the resort centre of Corralejo. Taxis and public transport run between La Capellania and Corralejo but we would recommend a car is hired to make the most of this beautiful island.

The Living area is very spacious and the high ceilings add to the feeling of openness. There is a 6 seater dining table at one end and comfortable sofas at the other end where you can sit back and relax after a hard day in the sun. One of the sofas pulls out to become a single bed.The living area is equipped with Satellite TV, DVD, Radio and unusually a 22 inch Sony PC with internet access.

The Villa has 2 bedrooms of which one is the spacious master bedroom with king-size bed and plenty of wardrobe space. For your comfort the window is fitted with mosquito screens and a ceiling fan is fitted.

The second bedroom is a large twin bedroom, again with plenty of cupboard space.

The bathroom comprises of a bath with overhead shower, WC and washbasin.

The Kitchen is seperate to the living area and is fully equipped with all the modern appliances you could possibly need during your stay.

In addition to the kitchen there is a seperate, fully lockable utility room where you will find the washing machine, more storage cupboards and an ironing area.

In the rear garden you will find the private pool, sunbeds, parasols and patio furniture where you can sit back, relax and unwind with a glass of sangria in the sun.

The swimming pool is electrically heated to a constant 30 degrees which makes life all that more pleasant during the slightly cooler months of November to March. The pool is kidney shaped and measures approximately 16 x 8 feet with a depth of about 4.5-5ft with steps at one end and an exit ladder at the other.

All linen and towels are provided during your stay (Sorry no beach towels) and will be changed on a weekly basis. The pool is cleaned weekly during the summer and once every 2 weeks during November to March. Any additional cleaning required by guests is to be paid locally to our agents. (15€/clean)

Due to the depth of the pool and the assorted cactii in the garden we are unable to accomodate any children under 6. However if you have children under 6 and feel totally confident about the pool etc then please e-mail us and we will try to accomodate you.
